What are the numbers on the board?
The labels 1–16 enter the LCM-and-divisor rule that defines allowed hazard sets. Select three, four or five hazards. Complete allowed layouts are selected uniformly at random, but individual cells need not have equal hazard probabilities. Opening a safe cell filters the remaining layouts.
How do I start and choose?
Select stake 10, 20, 50 or 100 and the hazard count while idle. Start deducts that stake and locks those settings. Enabled cells can be picked directly; Pick an eligible cell chooses randomly among enabled cells. Opened cells, known hazards and choices exceeding the return cap cannot be chosen.
When is Collect available?
Collect is disabled before the first safe reveal. Afterwards it credits the current gross value through the whole-coin-and-carry settlement. A hazard ends the round with zero. The game collects automatically after a safe reveal only if no eligible uncertain unopened choice remains. A capped choice is simply disabled.
What do the percentage and value show?
Cell chances are displayed to one decimal percent and the current quote to three decimals. Exact conditional chances and the full quote are used internally. The quote begins at 97% of stake and is divided by each successful reveal’s safe chance. The mathematical 97% expectation is not a cell’s chance or a guaranteed session return.
What survives a reload?
The wallet balance and a separate fractional payout carry are saved in this browser’s localStorage. A new wallet starts with 1,000 play coins only when no valid saved balance exists; a saved zero remains zero. Reloading during a round preserves the stake deduction but abandons the unfinished board without refund, payout or continuation. Reloading selects stake 20 and three hazards; normal settlement keeps the selected stake and hazard count. While idle with fewer than 10 coins, Restore balance sets the wallet to exactly 1,000. It does not add 1,000 to the current balance, clear the fractional carry or resume a round. The wallet carries whole coins; the separate carry preserves sub-coin settlement remainders. Ordinary settlement does not reset your stake or hazard selection.
What page resources are external?
The page includes Google Fonts resources and a Statinside counter numbered 44. These requests are separate from the local game wallet. Their providers may handle request information under their own policies; this guide does not establish server log retention, data sale practices or anonymity. The demo itself has no account, payment or cash conversion flow. That does not establish that all page processing is exclusively local.
Frequently asked questions
Does Restore balance erase the carry?
While idle with fewer than 10 coins, Restore balance sets the wallet to exactly 1,000. It does not add 1,000 to the current balance, clear the fractional carry or resume a round.
Can I collect before opening a safe cell?
No. Collect is disabled until at least one safe reveal. Finding a hazard before collection returns zero.
Can I recover a round after closing or reloading the page?
Reloading during a round preserves the stake deduction but abandons the unfinished board without refund, payout or continuation. Reloading selects stake 20 and three hazards; normal settlement keeps the selected stake and hazard count.
